Responsibilities: 

• Plan, coordinate and supervise data center construction, improvement, and customization projects according to the business plan and budget plan.
• Act as the contact point among various in-house departments and external consultants from inception to project completion and handling over to end users
• Ensure compliance of the relevant quality and safety standard / procedures and other statutory requirements
• Establish and maintain standard project management guideline, workflow and best practices to improve project performance
• Manage project team members in order to ensure tasks are executed by the appropriate team members with the allocated resources

Requirements: 

• Degree holder in Building Services, Electrical & Mechanical Engineering or related disciplines
  
• 8 years+ project experience in Data Centre design, construction, electrical and/or mechanical maintenance.
  
• Knowledge of engineering principles, best practices data center product specification and SLA.
• Strong project management & communication skills and can work under pressure
• Knowledge of Hong Kong Environment Ordinance is preferred
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Project Manager
