Job Description:

• Take the lead to establish, implement and maintain the quality system and review the quality improvement procedures on a regular basis such as ISO9000, TQM (Terminal Quality Management)
• Roll out the quality improvement programs by applying quality related/ Six Sigma tools and methodologies to manufacturing
• Manage Document control function and maintain DCC system
• Organize and responsible for the Internal and External audit
• Prepare, consolidate, update and file audit reports. Follow up the corrective actions
• Manage the equipment calibration
• Coach, motivate and supervise team members and influence them to take positive actions and accountability for their assigned work

Qualification and Requirement:

• Degree holder in Quality Management, Industrial Engineering or related disciplines
• Minimum 7 years solid experience in quality assurance, in which 3 years at supervision level gained from sizeable organizations
• Green/Black Belt certification, with solid Six Sigma implementation experience in manufacturing industry
• Familiar with relevant international safety standards and quality systems, such as UL, CE, ISO, TQM
• Sound knowledge on various quality management tools
• Strong analytical thinking and problem solving capability
• Good leadership, prioritizing and collaboration skills
• Proficient in both written and spoken English & Chinese, including Putonghua
• Frequent travel to Mainland China is required
