Responsibilities:

Report to Board of Directors, the General Manager will be assumed an overall responsibilities in both P&L, operation and culinary aspects for a snazzy dining venue. You lead concept development of rebranding work, prepare budget and cost, establish and implement internal practices and procedures. You oversee sales and marketing functions, bring in creative and feasible ideas and offering, so as to achieve business objectives. You build a zealous working culture, maintain an energetic team for delivering exceptional dining experience to customers. Furthermore, you work closely with culinary team on menu creation, as well as lead food and occupation safety regulatory tasks. 

Requirements:

Tertiary educated, with a majoring in Business Administration or Hospitality. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned catering practitioner with an extensive insight into local dining market, particularly on international cuisines. Passionate and upbeat, highly influential and possess a strong leadership skills and strategic mindset. A minimum 3 years' experience of serving in a similar capacity as General Manager in renowned dining outlet. Excellent command of English will be essential, fluent command of Cantonese and Putonghua are highly preferred.
