Responsibilities:

• Assist Marketing Communications Manager to plan, develop and execute marketing and PR activities for all properties under Tang’s Living Group
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to execute both offline and online marketing communications and promotional campaigns in accordance with brand guidelines
• Handle websites maintenance and enhancement
• Develop editorial calendar and maintain all social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and WeChat
• Conduct post-campaign analysis to evaluate the performance of marketing activities
• Initiate co-op opportunities with potential partners to drive business
• Develop beneficial relationships with overseas and local media and bloggers to secure constant brand exposure
• Plan, monitor and control project budgeting and costing
• Supervise teammates on daily project execution
• Handle ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the Management

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Business, Marketing, Communications, Hotel Management or related discipline
• Candidate with strong media connection is highly preferred
• Minimum 5 years relevant experience in marketing field, preferably in hotel or F&B industry
• Knowledge in hotel operation with strong coordination skills and production knowledge to execute marketing and PR plan
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented and able to work independently
• Good team player with positive and “can-do” attitude
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills in English and Chinese
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Words and Chinese typing)
• The candidate with less experience will be considered as Senior Marketing Communications Executive.
