Born out of a love affair with great beer, Little Creatures Brewing is an Australian based flavour loving brewer who makes distinctive hop driven beer which are inspired by the creativity and free-thinking nature of its people.

We are focused on bringing our unique Craft offering into the Hong Kong Market at our hospitality venue in Kennedy Town.

As such, we’re on the hunt for a passionate Sous Chef to join our kitchen team to service our busy and bustling 150-seater all day dining venue reporting to the Head Chef. You will have the luxury of working in a huge state of the art, open and fully equipped kitchen, in a successful business with a full team of well skilled chefs.

To be successful in this role you will be a pro-active experienced Sous Chef with the ability to support the Head Chef and motivate our highly capable kitchen team.

To hit the ground running, ideally you will have:

• Comprehensive knowledge of kitchen operations
• Proven track record in successfully motivating, leading and developing a successful team
• Ability to maintain and lead food safety standards
• A sense of humour and ability to keep your cool when the pressure’s on
