Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Provide all round and daily administrative support to Executive Manager
- Handle HR functions including recruitment, staff relations, administration, shop revenue to Head office etc.
- Monitor and update staff leave records and attendance records
- Shops operation support/back up
- Assist withequipment maintenance, expense claims support, event planning, coordination and schedule arrangement.
- Handle recreational activities and F&B event bookings
- Perform ad hoc duties/special project as assigned
Requirements:
- Higher Diploma in Human Resources/Administration or related disciplines
- Minimum 1-2 years solid HR experiences, preferably in F&B industry
- Well versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance, taxation, MPF & other legal regulations.
- Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin
- Familiar with MS Office and Excel, including Chinese word processing
- Responsible, well-organized with the ability to multi-task, detailed-oriented, self-motivated, independent and a good sense of priorities.
- Polite and cheerful personality with goodinterpersonal skills and communication skills
- Ability to work under stress to meet deadlines
