Job Responsibilities:

• Handle daily front desk operation and deliver courteous services to guests
• Handle guests’ enquiries and requests
• 9-hour shift duty, no overnight shift is required

Requirements:

• Certificate or diploma holder, preferably in Hospitality Management or related disciplines
• Experience in hotels or serviced apartments is preferred
• Basic computer skills including MS Office, knowledge of Hotel Information System (HIS) is an added advantage
• Customer oriented and pleasant personality with strong interpersonal skills
• Good command of English and Putonghua

Candidate with more experience will be considered for the position of Senior Guest Services Officer (Serviced Apartments)
