Job Description

  • The Director of Marketing, Communications and PR will lead on planning, development and implementation of marketing strategies, marketing communications, across the entire group.
  • You will oversee the development and implementation of support materials and services for chapters in the area of marketing, communications and public relations.
  • Further to this, you will direct the efforts of the Marketing and Communications team whilst leading at strategic and tactical level with the other departments within the Group

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Strong creative, strategic, analytical, organisational and personal sales skills
  • Experience developing and managing Marketing, Communications and Public Relations budgets
  • Solid track record in recruiting, training, developing, supervising and appraising Marketing and Communications team members
  • Experience overseeing the design and production of print material and publications
  • High level Computer literacy in word processing, database management and page layout.
  • Commitment to working with shared leadership and in cross-functional teams
  • Strong oral and written communications skills
  • The ability to manage multiple projects at a time
  • A minimum of 5 years’ experience in Marketing, Communications and Public Relations at Director level
  • Applicants with recent Marketing, Communications and Public Relations experience in the service sector will be preferred; experience in Food and Beverage, Hotels, or Hospitality is a plus
  • A Bachelor’s degree or above in Journalism, Marketing and/or Public Relations is preferred.
  • A Masters/Postgraduate degree in a related field is highly desirable
