Responsibilities:

• Plan, manage, coordinate & monitor the implementation of Fitting out works, Renovation and Reinstatement project and their deliverables within the schedule, budget and quality standards;
• Communicate and liaise with interior designers, contractors, landlords, licensing departments, equipment suppliers and all related vendors with good and professional manners
• Responsible for all correspondence and complete the requirement raised by landlords, government authorities, and fitting out guidance
• Monitor all design submissions made by consultants and make recommendations on submissions
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and statutory requirements
• Assist in tendering preparation & submission
• Support any other ad-hoc duties

Requirements:

• Degree holder in relevant disciplines
• At least 5 years project management experience and PRC experience is prerequisite.
• Familiar with PRC statutory requirements for F&B and entertainment club licensing
• Solid experience in outlet pre-opening
• Proficient in MS Project, AutoCAD application, etc
• Proactive, self-motivated and team orientated,
• Good command of written and spoken English, Mandarin
• Candidates with less academic background and working experience will also be considered.
• Frequent travel to China if necessary
• Immediate available is preferable
