Responsibilities:

- Handle full set of accounts with a high level of accuracy, completeness and efficiency

- Manage daily accounting duties including A/P, A/R, general ledger and accounts reconciliations

- Prepare month end closing, financial analysis and management reports

- Assist in preparing cost sheet and cost analysis

- Prepare year-end financial report and coordinate the annual Company audit

- Assist in annual budget review and preparation

- Liaise with local tax authorities, external auditor

- Perform assigned ad-hoc projects

- Inventory review and checking, experience preferably in beauty industry

Requirements:

- LCCI higher Level / Diploma in accountancy or related disciplines

- Minimum 5 years relevant accounting experience

- Good organizational skills with the ability to handle multi-task and meet tight deadlines

- Independent, responsible, self-motivated and able to work under pressure

- Knowledge in Accounting Software, B2B System is preferable

- Good communication skill in English, Cantonese

- Immediate available is preferable
