Our client is a Financial Institution with strong presence in Hong Kong. To cope with their business needs, they are looking for an experienced IT Risk Operations Manager from Financial Services background to support their daily operations.

Responsibilities:

• Improve and support the operational risk policies to secure the Enterprise Risk Management system is incorporated in business
• Revise risk assessment and control process including limitations, tolerance and fondness
• Prepare analysis and suggest relevant recovery actions and management planning
• Implement risk and control overview and assess control durability and weakness for data accuracy and security of information systems
• Supervise IT Incident Reports to assure containment, prevention and detection
• Work with IT team and users to make sure potential risks can be raised up in a timely and controlled manner
• Involve in technology projects including system development, change and transformation management
• Assist in ad-hoc request

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or relevant discipline
• Minimum 4 years of working experience in IT security & Compliance, governance and audit
• Certificates of CISA, CISM, CISSP or CEH is a plus
• Hands on experience in infrastructure security such as servers, systems, firewalls and network
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skill and able to work independently
• Good command of written and spoken Chinese and English
