Responsibilities:

• Assist in setting up PCs/notebooks/mobile devices for new employees with required software and access right settings.
• Analyze, diagnose, and provide solution to desktop problems for end-users through phone calls and in person.
• First-tier support for solution recommendations and implementations.
• Follow-up the statuses of all cases and e-mail the end-users to update the status of their requests.

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in technology or IT related discipline.
• At least 2 years’ working experience including networking, hardware, operating systems.
• Familiar with Windows XP/7, Exchange, TCP/IP networking, Active Directory, Server backup.
• MCP holder will be an advantage.
• Strong sense of responsibility and troubleshooting skills.
• Good command of English and Cantonese is a must.

• 3. 熟识网络、具有一定网络排错经验。
• 4. 愿意学习与处理IT相关的服务。
• 5. 有良好的服务意识和具备良好沟通能力。
• 6. 能流利使用普通话、粤语交流，英语良好。
• 7. 具有以下技能及具有相关证书者优先考虑:能熟练操作Cisco、Huawei等网络产品，有实际配置经验；拥有主流网络安全设备的实际操作与管理。
