The Job

• Working closely with the sales team on identifying potential projects/ customers.
• Attending meetings with solutions consultant and acting as a technical expert.
• Working closely with customers to understand and capture requirements.
• Conducting customer meetings to elaborate the solutions to customer, and follow up in the pre-sales activities, including proposal composition, demonstration and contract (scope of project) preparation.
• Ensuring the company’s product/ solution can deliver on the customer’s requirements.
• Presenting proposals to customers alongside members of the sales team.
• Participating implementation with Technical Consultants/ Programmers.

The Person

• Degree in Business Management, Computer Science, Accounting /Finance, or equivalent years of experience.
• Proven track record in a presales environment within an IT/Software solutions business.
• Technically skilled with a customer focused mind and excellent communication and presentation skills.
• 2 years BPM/RPA /ERP/HR solution application experience is preferred.
• Ability to work independently and to be proactive.
• Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills.
