Our client expanded our product categories as well as systems and solution services in the global field of ventilation. They play a vital role as a sales and marketing company for Indoor Air Quality devices.

Duties:

• Performing daily IT operations - including end-users support, network and system administration, configuration, troubleshooting, backup and maintenance
• Installation & configuration of software & hardware (servers, desktops, laptops, printers, network devices, etc.)
• Diagnose and troubleshooting on system, software, hardware and networking issues
• Administer computers, printers, VoIP phones, smartphones, software deployment and security updates
• Providing servers backup and recovery

Requirements:

• University Degree or above
• At least 8 years of IT support experience
• Good knowledge in IT infrastructure and server
• A creative mindset in researching into latest technologies that can be used to improve business productivity
• Can work independently under limited supervision
• Quickly and accurately understand, diagnose and provide resolutions
