Job Responsibilities:

• Handle system enhancement projects in Life Insurance Operations;
• Prepare user requirements, plan and conduct User Acceptance Test;
• Deliver project tasks and ensure timelines to be met with high accuracy;
• Assist the supervisor in achieving the project schedule;
• Conduct user training on system changes with supervisor’s guidance;
• Coordinate the post implementation monitoring;
• Provide supports to daily operations whenever necessary;
• Perform other tasks as assigned by supervisor.

Job Requirements:

• Degree holder in Business, Information Systems or related disciplines;
• 4 years’ relevant experience in life insurance operations;
• Holder of FLMI is preferable, knowledge of business processes in Life Insurance Industry;
• Positive and proactive working attitude, good analytical and problem solving skills;
• Able to handle multi-tasking, work under pressure & independently;
• Good command of both spoken & written English & Chinese.

* Candidate with less experience will be considered as "Officer (Contract) ".
