My client is a highly regarded MNC in Hong Kong. They are currently undergoing a high profile digital transformation project and are now seeking a Development Manager to lead a software application team on innovative client facing IT solutions. One large initiative being developing AI technologies for call center responses.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive transformation, delivering best practice methods
• Manage large IT programs, ensuring deliverables are in line with required standards 
• Identify improvement initiatives in collaboration with senior management, ensuring the correct resource allocation
• Establish IT governance, including security, compliance, control and monitoring
• Formulate IT budget, resource planning and staff development strategies

Essential Experience:

• 10 years experience in the technology domain, with at least 2 years in a managerial position
• Demonstrable experience in systems planning
• Strong system design experience from front to back
• Experience with AI technologies (e.g chatbot) would be highly advantageous
• Excellent project management experience, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders
• Strong communication skills in English, Cantonese and/or Mandarin.
