Job Duties:

• Ensure projects delivered in time, cost and scope throughout the entire project life-cycle.
• Work as a service delivery team with internal team (technical infrastructure, architecture and operations teams) for project’s business sponsor and stakeholders.
• Enable change management, troubleshoot and work with the users to ensure adoption and transition is smooth
• Liaise with business stakeholders and solution provider during business requirement analysis (SDLC) or software package deployment life cycle to produce functional requirements and project implementation document
• Understand business process to ensure best alignment of business, process, people, and technology to business strategy
• Enhance business operations and IT applications by review business process re-engineering / improvement
• Participate in testing (prepare, review test plans, track progress, and document testing results and report for remediation and acceptance).
• Maintain project management document plans, methods and tools to the assigned project for adoption

Job Requirement:

• Degree holder in Computer Science, IT or related disciplines
• Relevant industry certifications / training such as Agile, SAFE, PMP and PRINCE 2
• At Least 3+ years solid project management experience in Telecommunication industry, proven track record in IT project management at MNC organizations;
• Proven track record of implementing Billing systems, processes and integration with finance/ERP systems
• In depth knowledge and working experience in finance and ERP systems and processes.
• Agile project delivery experience is a must;
• Working experience on DevOps;
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, communication, multitasking;
• Fluent in spoken and written English and Cantonese, Mandarin is a plus.
