工作職責

• 了解客戶之市場策劃目標，制訂合適之互動方案予客戶（主要為美妝品牌）
  
• 策劃及籌備項目所需之資源及預算
• 跟進及監督項目進度，與內部團隊（設計、程式開發及技術操作團隊）和其他各方（搭建、公關公司、活動策劃代理）密切合作以確保活動順利進行
• 於活動中處理突發問題

入職要求

• 有興趣於互動營銷／多媒體設計／活動策劃／資訊科技／廣告／搭建行業發展
• 精通英文 - 我們要和不同國籍的客戶以英文溝通；若果你的英文不太流利，但對此職位有興趣，仍可申請職位但請註明
• 精通如何制訂一份計劃書 - 由策劃到簡報，你要知道怎樣吸引客人的眼球，而這會由導師指導，但你必須懂得何謂美與醜

Job Description

• Plan, schedule and execute all kinds of interactive game projects for PR and Marketing events of luxury brands (mainly for cosmetic brands);
• Develop and maintain good relationship with clients (mostly cosmetics, fashion, sports brands and major shopping malls in Hong Kong);
• Handle new enquiries, orders processing and follow-up actions;
• Manage and control billing in a timely manner;
• Liaise and coordinate smoothly with internal teams (design team and programming team) and external parties (production house, PR agency, design consultancy etc).

Skills & Requirements

• Good command of spoken and ENGLISH is a must;
• Proficient computer skills of Word, Excel and PowerPoint with Chinese typing;
• Responsible, independent, proactive and able to work under pressure;
• Little knowledge in Photoshop / AI / HTML / SketchUp is an advantage but not a must;
• Passion in digital marketing / event management / interactive games / multimedia application;
• Fresh graduates or candidates with less experience will be considered;
• Degree / Higher Diploma / Diploma holder in Design, Marketing, PR, Information System, Computing is an advantage; Other disciplines are also welcome.
