Responsibilities:

• Responsible for daily sales administration & operation activities (e.g. prepare quotation & sales reports, process order in CRM and issue PO to vendor, arrange shipment & send invoice to customer)
• Update and maintain sales pipeline
• Work closely with internal departments to ensure the sales orders are processed accurately within proper timelines
• Admin work for tender preparation
• Provide any ad-hoc assistance to the Manager(s)

 Requirements:

• DSE or F.7 or above
• Minimum 2 years relevant working experience in Sales or Business & Logistics in IT industry is highly preferred
• Proficiency in MS Office, such as Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• High degree of accuracy with the ability to multitask
• Self-motivated, independent, willing to work under pressure environment
• Good command of both spoken and written English & Chinese
• Contract end bonus will be provided upon contract end
