The appointee is expected to:

• Handle the Help Desk first level support and answer users’ requests;
• Involve in IT operation / server maintenance / Data backup; and
• Be backup of other IT team member’s tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

• Degree/AD/Higher Diploma in Computer Science, IT and/or related disciplines;
• At least 3 years’ experience in handling end user support jobs;
• Experience in Windows, Linux, Mac OS, Android and IOS environment;
• Good communication skill in English and Chinese; and
• Self-motivated and work under limited supervision.

Requirements as Advantages:

• Certificate in MCSE / CCNA
• Web programming or PHP / Java programming experience
• Communication in Mandarin
