Our client is a leading financial services company, headquarters in the United States. Due to its rapid expansion, it is currently looking for a high caliber IT professional to manager the team.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead a team of 7 desktop support staff within the APAC region
• Oversee and provide guidance on service delivery process with the APAC region
• Provide support to a fast-paced, high volume, diverse financial services / trading environment
• Act as a business partner to deliver and operate Data Centers and Operations service
• Liaise with vendors and internal program delivery group to evaluate the new technology that is available
• Make recommendations on incorporating new technology into the company’s existing platforms
• Utilize appropriate infrastructure technology solutions such that they are efficient, cost optimal and highly resilient
• Implement and review the IT service management and desktop support operational plan in line with the objectives for the organization
• Evaluate applications and software patches for desktop applications to solve desktop issues
• Manage the interaction between vendors and internal program delivery leaders to provide adequate visibility of interdependent initiatives and programs
• Provide Internal Support to Citrix / VDI infrastructure

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s Degree in information technology or others related field
• Minimum 8 years’ experience in an IT financial service company, including 2 years’ experience at management level
• Strong people management and leadership skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to deliver technical present actions competently
• Strong knowledge in Windows 10 & Office 365
• Strong knowledge in Cisco VOIP phones, HP desktops, IPC turrets/ iPhones, Printers, Lenovo Laptops, MAC OS, VDI
• Excellent command of spoken and written English & Chinese, good in spoken Mandarin
