The UOW College Hong Kong (“UOWCHK”), currently also named as Community College of City University (“CCCU”), is widely acknowledged as one of the leading institutions of its kind in Hong Kong, providing quality tertiary education for about 6,000 students. The College offers a wide range of Associate Degree (AD) programmes, a Diploma in General Studies, and International Language Proficiency Tests with preparatory courses. Duties
The appointee will work as an individual and a small team to provide technical support and software development. His/her job will involve with software installation, system configuration, class scheduling, Web development, and a small scale media production.

Requirements
Applicants must have a good honours degree in computer science, software engineering, or information engineering or a Higher Diploma/Diploma or Associate Degree in computer science, network administration or information technology.

Applicants shall have programming experience with a) Visual Basic, C++, or Java language; or b) SQL, PHP/MYSQL, and c) be familiar with Windows Ten, class scheduling software and networking product. An IT training including programming and system support in education/training environment is preferable.

Salary and Conditions of Service
Remuneration package will be highly competitive, commensurate with qualifications and experience. Appointment will normally be made on fixed-term contract for two years. Fringe benefits include leave, medical and dental schemes, where applicable.
