THE JOB

- requirements gathering and project / change / enhancement management

- regional support for HRIS system

- design test cases, conduct unit testing and coach users in UAT

- prepare documentation and training manual

- compliance of all IT standards and Controls as related to SOX

THE PERSON

- minimum 5 years experience in handling user IT application support or projects

- experience in HRIS or related systems is a must

- excellent documentation and communication skills (English and Cantonese, Mandarin is a plus)

- experience with SQL management studio and write basic select queries

- Project Management methodology qualification
