Responsibilities:

• Provide daily operations support & maintenance including system, servers and network issue;
• Responsible for set up, maintain and troubleshooting on both internal and external IT hardware/ software/ technical issues at client side;
• Assist team leader/ project manager in project deployment and to lead/ drive projects;
• Analyze, troubleshoot and provide solution for system and network problems;
• Assist in ad hoc projects when required;
• Night-Shift Duty is Welcome (perform duty from 14:00pm to 23:00pm, additional night-shift allowance will be given) 

Requirement:

• Higher Diploma or above in Information Technology or related disciplines;
• Min 2 years' working experience in IT support role;
• MCSE, CCNA/CCNP certificate holder would be advantage
• Co-operative, good sense of responsibility;
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential;
• Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin is a plus;
• Less experience will also be considered as Trainee (Fresh Grad are Welcome)
