Responsibilities: 

• Candidate will be assigned to various job duties including sales, marketing, administration, customer services, training, etc, related to Group’s business.
• Assist senior to develop sales and marketing strategies on increasing/maximizing revenue and implement sales action plans;
• Assist to develop training and administration documents/materials;
• Work independently, as well as part of a team, on multiple projects;
• Troubleshoot and work with end users;
• Perform professional customer services and handle customers’ inquiries.

Requirements:

• Fresh graduated/Degree holder in Marketing / Business Management/e-commerce or related disciplines;
• Knowledge and experience in e-commerce is advantage;
• A team player with excellent communications, interpersonal and presentation skills;
• Honest, reliable, mature, independent, self-motivated, outgoing, pro-active problem solver and an organized person;
• Good command of written & spoken English and Mandarin.
