Job Description
The Job
- Communicate with customer to identify customer needs and provide professional advice
- Help customer to evaluate their products and provide solution or advice on project basis
- Prepare product test plans and specifications
- Research and develop on new services
- Management of technical information for internal and external support
The Person
- HD / Degree holder in Engineering / Science disciplines
- 2-4 years’ experience in Testing Laboratory / Product Safety / Quality / Manufacturing is preferred
- Experience in design & manufacturing with knowledge of manufacturing processes & materials is a plus
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in written and spoken English & Chinese (Mandarin)
