Job Summary

The incumbent of this position is mainly responsible for coordinating and supporting the Product Development process from design to the launch of new products. This person works with the Product Development Managers and liaison with internal and external parties to follow up new products samples and handles the administration works for supporting those activities.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Coordinate with suppliers for prototypes/samples on time delivery and assist in quality checking
• Arrange samples shipment to overseas offices
• Issue Purchase Order in SAP system for prototypes, salesman samples and tooling
• Maintain suppliers' quotes in cost database
• Maintain other Product Development database regularly
• Manage the renderings/designs folders
• Provide general administrative assistance for all New Product activities 

Requirements

• Degree/Diploma holder in relevant disciplines
• 3-5 years relevant experience in design, product development and protos arrangement in watch or jewelry industry
• Sound knowledge of the leading component and finished watch or jewelry suppliers in the Southern China region
• Good communication skills to all levels within international organization.
• Good team player who can work well in a dynamic and fast-paced new product development team
• Well organized, attentive to details and able to work with deadlines
• Good command of spoken and written in Cantonese, English and Mandarin
• Proficiency in SAP system preferable
• Based in HK with occasional travel to China
