Responsibilities:

• Execute and implement online marketing activities and promotions to deliver business objectives
• Provide campaign analysis and optimization suggestions, working closely with Marketing Team to develop effective strategy to achieve goals;
• Work closely with various internal parties and external agencies to ensure marketing campaigns can run smoothly and achieve ROI;
• To utilize the Google Analytics 360 to conduct analysis, and responsible for channel grouping, attribution model, goals, custom dimension and metrics set up
• Design customized tags to ensure necessary data is being capture for retargeting and conversion tracking;
• Develop models to drive iterative improvements and provide insights to gain in-depth understanding of customer behavior;
• Compile regular reports to monitor performance of all digital platforms and to explore business and marketing opportunities;

Requirements:

• A degree in marketing, communications, journalism or relevant qualifications would be a plus
• Minimum 5-6 years’ experience in digital marketing preferred
• Knowledge and practical experience in SEO and SEM;
• Advanced and proven hands-on experience in Google Analytics 360 Suite (Audience Center, Optimize, Data Studio, Tag Manager, Analytics, Attribution);
• Displays in-depth knowledge of digital marketing analytics
• Strong project management and organisational skills
• Positive team player with confidence to take the lead and coordinate group efforts
• Excellent communication skills in spoken and written English & Chinese
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Senior Marketing Officer
