Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Plan and assist in implementation of seminars, promotions and marketing campaigns
- Promotion of education and marketing activities through various channels (e.g. mass mailing, email, facebook, website)
- Liaise directly with different parties for seminars including business associations, event speakers, delegates, catering and sales team
- Manage various daily marketing activities and maintain our client database
- Communicate with internal parties and handle ad-hoc duties
- Report directly to Business Development Manager
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree/ Higher Diploma holder in Marketing/ Event Management or related disciplines
- 3-4 years of work experience in marketing / event management industry
- Dental or Medical experience is an advantage
- Supervise occasional events at weekends
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Words, PDF and Powerpoint)
- Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
- Effectiveness, self-motivated, detail-oriented, good team player and positive working attitude
- Strong communication, presentation skills, independent, creative and well-organized
