The successful candidate will be a seasoned Marketing & Public Relations Head leading a very sizable team acting as a strategic partner with the Top Management contributing to the development, implementation and evaluation of the marketing strategies and activities facilitating sales turnover and brand sustainability.

Responsibilities

• Drive our Marketing & Public Relations Department and in strategic planning and execution of all marketing activities.
• Plan and execute strategic retail marketing campaigns, ATL, BTL and digital marketing activities and promotional events.
• Develop promotion directions and strategies to develop branding and seasonal marketing programs.
• Explore Joint Promotion opportunities through brands collaboration and partnership.
• Compute, manage and exercise marketing budget and expenses in an effective manner.

Requirements

• Degree Holder in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or related disciplines.
• An all-rounder in marketing with strong business acumen and entrepreneurial spirit
• Minimum 15 years of substantial relevant work experience in both agency and in house marketing which at least 5 years at managerial level.
• Excellent organizing and project management skills with strong analytical mind and business sense.
• Strong leadership and people development skills
• Excellent communications, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient written and spoken English, Cantonese & Putonghua
• Flexibility in traveling when required
