Job Description

Job Summary

  • Providing medical input, guidance & scientific knowledge to the employees in Hong Kong including Country Manager, Product Manager, Marketing Manager & Sales Personnel / Representatives
  • Enhance the skills of team to recommend the right customers, physician segments & appropriate indications for injectables
  • Provide guidance of technical injection skills to the key customers across the allocated geography in liaison with the field & marketing team
  • Establishing excellent customer relationships with key accounts across the country (who are trained in injection techniques) and help the team leverage the potential of these key accounts through 1:1 or group scientific discussion and/or roundtable discussion or related medical affairs activities
  • Discuss the science and data behind any newer indications for BOTOX and provide pre-launch launch, and post-launch support to the hyaluronic acid filler franchise
  • Develop business acumen in understanding the different customers and exhibit rational decision making in his/her day-to-day activities

Key Role & Responsibilites

Training of Internal Staff

  • Training the internal staff, as elaborated above, in technical and medical knowledge
  • Training on new indications and periodic up-grade of team on knowledge and the latest advances in aesthetic medicine
  • Medical, technical and strategic support to marketing team to ensure successful execution of activities

Imparting through guidance of injection techniques to external customer physicians

  • Injection technical skills to external customers based on field and marketing recommendations and facial assessment.  NB.  The successful candidate will not be permitted to be practicing or demonstrating during company conducted workshops, company led events or during officials working hours
  • Ensuring that the trained key account is leveraged to the maximum extent through liaison with the appropriate internal staff and external customer base

Business Development Initiatives

  • Customer relationship management with key accounts who are trained to ensure that business is generated in line with company expectations
  • Support the team to identify & explore right indications
  • Understand, explore and establish newer indications for Botox

Education and Experience

  • MSc or BSc degree preferred
  • PhD or post-graduate higher science qualification will be an advantage
  • 2-3 years of post-qualification experience
  • Expertise in anatomy & disease diagnosis
  • Willingness to travel locally across the geography
