What you will experience:

The job holder will be a brand champion driving brand and product strategies and defining roadmaps by inspiring consumers via brand vision and essence to accelerate business growth, market share growth and brand awareness. He/she needs to collaborate with internal stakeholders to align marketing and consumer engagement activities and strategic linkage across product categories. He/she will also maintain good relations with media or agencies to drive innovative programs to maximize brand equity and new product initiatives. The job holder is also required to stay abreast of market dynamics and take responsive actions against competition. He/she will also be required to take part in ad hoc assignments and projects.

Talent we are looking for:

• Degree holder in Marketing or equivalent
• 6-8 years solid brand and product marketing experience in FMCG multinational environment
• Good team leadership with good track record in new product launches and innovative campaigns
• Strong business acumen and strategic mindset
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with strong analytical mind
• Fluent in both written and spoken English and Chinese, including Mandarin
