Responsibilities:

• Familiar with Hong Kong and international social media and build platform strategy by draw up the platform role, content plan and activity plan
• Use latest and most innovative methods for obtaining market and consumer insight; includes conducting quantitative and qualitative data research
• Cooperate with creative team to build an executable social media plan on expanding the creative idea and communicating the brand message via utilization of KOL, social activity mechanism, different platforms, content seeding and paid social AD, etc.
• Act as Advisor to partner with Management, internal teams, and clients to establish digital strategies based on data driven research

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in relevant disciplines
• 5+ years of experience in insights generation and strategic planning (social planner experience at digital agency is a plus)
• Good understanding of integrated digital marketing and social media planning
• Experience in use of survey and other marketing research tools
• Strong attention to details and a strong analytical mind
• Familiar with data marketing and data science a plus
• Team player, self-motivated, result-driven
• Excellent presentation and communication skills
• Good command of written and spoken English & Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
