Our client is looking for a bright candidate with solid language skills to join their banking & finance practice. Your work involves assisting with legal research, assisting with finance transactional documents, registration and distribution. You will also assist in sale and purchase transactions.

Job requirements

• 1+ years of experience as a banking/finance paralegal at an international law firm
• Law degree
• English and Chinese language skills (both written and spoken)
