Responsibilities

• To act as first line contact on operational matters in Security Personnel Division
• To maintain up-to-date overall operations manpower status
• To monitor duty roster scheduling and arrange manpower redeployment to suit real-time operational needs
• To supervise security officers and provide trainings to enhance delivery of services in a professional manner
• To carry out on-site inspections to ensure security operations in compliance with safety standard, Company’s regulations and customers’ requirement
• To support daily operations of Control Room

Requirement

• F.5 or above
• Minimum 2 years of working experience, preferably in security services industry
• Strong interpersonal skills and communication skills
• Possession of valid Driving License (Class 1), QAS and SPP
• Willing to work on shift
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese (Both Cantonese and Mandarin)

• 因應營運需要而即時作出人手調配安排
• 協助部門之員工培訓及維持員工紀律
• 定期巡查員工工作地點以確保員工工作時遵守安全守則、公司守則及客戶要求
• 協助控制室日常工作

入職要求：

• 中五或以上程度
• 至少2年或以上有關保安及控制室工作經驗
• 良好人際關係能力及溝通技巧
• 持有有效1號駕駛執照、QAS證書及保安人員許可証
• 須輪班工作
• 熟悉中文打字，電腦視窗軟件(MS Word and Excel)操作
• 能說流利廣東話、良好英語及普通話
