Duties

• Assist Manager to define the company needs and schedule all projects timeline
• Familiar with company infrastructure, network, facilities and equipment configuration and maintain system reliability and availability
• Actively and in positive attitude to communicate with all departments for their needs and prioritize all the potential tasks
• Introduce latest technology and innovative idea to users for any possibility to increase corporate productivity by adopting new method or products
• Identify and analyze the specific application/user requirements in adoption of IT technology so as to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of users in processing their tasks
• Understand the total cost of ownership for IT application systems and provide cost-benefit assessment for users’ consideration and the Management’s approval for system development
• Carry out and standardize application system designing work with creative idea which should be aimed at addressing user requirements, and achieving user-friendliness and user satisfaction, flexibility for future system additions and enhancements, sufficient security and access controls to ensure data integrity, systems reliability in handling exponential growth of database without corruption, and ease of programming maintenance and modifications
• Ensure all systems design, program specifications, system testing and modifications with properly documentation and logs, controlled and approved to facilitate system maintenance and continuous improvement

Requirements

• Degree or above in computer science, telecommunications, Information engineering technology or related discipline
• 5 years working experience in IT operation and system analyst
• Hands on experience in Microsoft .NET platform, SQL server & Visual Basic
• Exposure in aircraft maintenance / aviation industry is an advantage
• Experience in vendor / contractor management
• Self-motivated, analytical minded and able to work in dynamic and fast-paced environment
• Fluent in spoken and written Cantonese, English and Putonghua
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
