Responsibilities: 

• Responsible for sales and business development, explore potential markets, customers and partnership opportunities
• Introduce & Promote products and implement marketing activities
• Co-ordinate with project teams for a smooth project management in order to meet deadlines
• Maintain good relationships with client
• Responsible for tender submission
• Carry out construction site visit
• Handle ad-hoc projects as assigned 

Requirements:

• Secondary Education or above
• Minimum 1 year of related practical experience
• Sales experience is preferable
• With qualification of Architect, Design, Engineering or related disciplines is an advantage
• Experience in construction-related and building materials is an advantage
• Familiar with MS office
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, dynamic and customer driven, work independent and responsible, mature
• Customer-oriented and able to serve clients in professional manner
• Team player with ability to work autonomously
• Fluent in spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Able to work under pressure and result oriented
• Less experience could be considered as "Junior Sales Executive"
• Fresh Graduate is also welcome
