Qualification:

• F.5 or above
• Business Administration Diploma will be an advantage
• good in writing and speaking English and Mandarin
• Good telephone manner and customer-focus
• able to work under minimal supervision;
• Knowledge of ERP system is a must;

Responsibilities:

• Well organized and able to follow up orders from quotation to production order to delivery note to invoice
• Maintain good relationship with customer;
• Assist scheduling jobs for internal department to meet customer expectation;
