We are looking for a highly motivated Customer Service representative to join our Team. You will be responsible for providing a high standard of service support to our customers

Working Hours: Monday – Friday (9am - 7pm), Sat-Sun (10am - 6pm), including public holidays (5 day shifts, average 47.5 hours per week)

Responsibilities:

• Provide quality customer services to both local and overseas customers
• Follow up customers' enquiries
• Provide administrative clerical support
• Retain customer relationship
• Organize customer viewings and bookings
• Perform ad hoc tasks as may be required from time to time

Requirement:

• Proven work experience in a service industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Hands-on commitment to getting the job done
• Highly proficient in both English and Cantonese
