Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for handling daily sales order process from Hong Kong direct market and periodic sales order from South East Asia Distribution markets 
• Prepare and maintain order process documents in high accuracy
• Handle customer enquiry related to order status, warranty, exchange product arrangement and complaint cases
• Enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty
• Maintain updated customer account information
• Record sales orders for respective products in the system or periodic reports
• Provide customer support on periodic special marketing campaigns and events

Knowledge and Experience Requirements:

• Diploma or above in relevant discipline
• Min. 3 years experience in customer service and sales coordination field
• Experience in dental/healthcare customer service industry is advantageous but not essential
• Experience in handling daily phone enquiry or call centre operations is preferred
• Good Proficiency in Chinese and English
• Good command of PC application and MS Office
• Knowledge of SAP system is advantage
• Positive attitude, able to work independently and under pressure
• Well-organized and good time management skills
