Job Responsibilities:

• Proactive, result-oriented, highly self-motivated with positive attitude
• Deliver outstanding service with a great team and achieve optimum sales target
• Be passionate about the customer centric approach with excellent service
• Thorough understanding of the luxury consumers and able to meet their needs and expectations are essential
• Drive and motivate the shop sales team to achieve the company goal
• Oversee the day-to-day shop operations including the manpower arrangement, reports, monthly roster, customer service quality, shop display, VM display etc. Visit to customers’ properties with technical team maybe required for more accurate evaluation / measurement on sofa placement and delivery.
• Work closely with marketing team for the marketing activities and maintain good communication with the office colleagues

Job Requirements:

• Minimum of 4 years relevant sales experience and candidates from any retail industries with high quality service standard are welcomed
• Good command of Cantonese, English and Mandarin is an advantage
• Candidates with less experience can be considered as Operation officer
