Job Description

Our client is a premium modern Jeweller with strong global network. In order to cope with their expansion of business and elevation of customer experience, they are seeking a professional Clienteling Manager to join their team. 

 

This is a newly created role, reporting to the Retail Director. Specifically, you will: 

  • Define and execute Client Services strategy with the objectives to accelerate engagement of potential customers, increase retention of existing VIPs, as well as strengthen customer loyalty
  • Coach and mentor a large team of sales associates to establish successful approaches to driving and closing sales opportunities in-store
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to support product launches and Company events
  • Enhance sales and services standards through achieving KPIs, and by assessing weekly and monthly performance, develop and implement action plans to maximize them.
  • Develop and analyze sales and clientele reports, to identify opportunities and trends, research competitor performance, and develop strategies to expand market shares and business opportunities
  • Manage, retain & develop VIP customers through personalized development plans
  • Develop and execute membership engagement campaigns to drive member experience, retention and loyalty
  • Support Store management in strengthening a client-centric culture among the team
  • Lead by example to constantly coach sales team for enhancement of excellent shopping experience and client satisfaction



My Client’s expectations of you: - 

  • Minimum 8 years’ experience in CRM/Customer Development services in luxury retail sector, with at least 4 years in managerial level
  • Digital and analytical minded, with strong sense in exploring client behaviors and new habits
  • Sales-oriented, with the abilities to close sales deals
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills to build a high-performance team
  • Familiar with salesforce system a plus
  • Degree holder in Management, Marketing and PR, or related discipline, a GIA certificate would be beneficial but not a must
