Job Description
Responsibilities:
- To handle incoming telephone enquiries and orders
- To input and follow up daily sales orders
- To provide efficient and courteous customer services
- To propose new products to customers via telephone
Requirements:
- DSE
- Diploma in business administration, telecommunication or related discipline will be an advantage
- Minimum 2 years working experience in handling telephone enquiries and following up sales orders preferably in FMCG
- Good command of spoken English is a MUST
- Telemarketing and customer service experiences, knowledge in wine and spirits will be an advantage
- Independent, self-motivated, hardworking, polite telephone manner and good team work is a MUST
- Good PC skills (Word, Excel, Access) and good communication skill is a MUST
- Periodical early shift duty of 8:30 am may be required
