Purpose

• Accelerate the market focus for our Window Solutions 
• Expand our business in Residential & Commercial projects  
• Support and strengthen our Sales team

Major Tasks & Responsibilities

• Build-up and grow the network and relationship with key partners and customers, particularly Architects, Facade Consultants, Window & Facade Contractors
• Develop specifications with Architects, Designers and Façade Consultants
• Identify new projects, achieve specifications, prepare tender documentation & quotations and follow thru until successful order entry, supply & installation
• Coordination with all parties, internal and external involved.
• Achieve agreed sales targets with assigned projects and customers
• Closely cooperate with our Sales and Technical team members

Qualifications

• Outstanding sales attitude
• Aggressive, self-motivated & able to work independently and under pressure 
• Engineering background, University degree is an advantage
• At least 2-3 years experience in Windows, Façade Solutions, Automatic Doors as a Technical Sales
• Strong proven sales track records with technical projects and solutions 
• Strong network with architects, façade consultants and contractors is an advantage
• Knowledge in large Sliding Windows, Automatic doors or one of our product categories is an advantage
• CAD reading and drawing knowledge
• Sound knowledge of related technology, regulatory codes and industry trends. 
• Good communication and interpersonal skill
• Good command of Cantonese and English
