Job description : Support the customer service, shipping and logistic

Duties will include:

-Manage logistics, warehouse, transportation (air and sea freight) from France to HK

-Order handling, shipping and invoicing for clients in HK

-Support to the sales team by communicating relevant information

-Keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs and efficiency

-Arrange visits at the warehouse, plan routes and process shipments

-Supervise, coach and train warehouse workforce

-Comply with laws, regulations, ISO requirements

-Assist in the preparation and organising of promotional material or events
