工作職責：

• 接聽綜合熱線:解答客户查詢有關服務及合約事項
• 聯絡及跟進客戶，與客戶保持良好關係
• 處理客戶查詢及投訢，為客戶提供專業客戶服務
• 與公司各部門進行協調，確保能迅速及適度地處理客戶的問題

職位要求:

• 中六或以上程度
• 一年或以上工作經驗，具客戶服務經驗優先
• 性格開朗、有耐性、良好溝通能力
• 有團隊合作精神，能同時處理多樣工作，主動及能獨立工作
• 良好中文及英文讀寫能力
