Job Description

Key responsibilities:

Cross check the payment details against the charge data in SAP
Ensure timely and accurate settlement in SAP, and issue official receipt per payment level
Summarize own daily settlement/payment
Handle day-to-day email requests including courier service, appointment service & inquiries etc.
Convey agreed procedures with China Customer Service team to subordinates and ensure performance
Improve customer service level by conducting regular True Voice survey and follow up plan
Actively get involved in various operational projects
Add hoc tasks assigned by team leader

Requirements:

Form 5/DSE or above
At least 2 years of finance or logistics related working experience
Excellent customer service sense
Good command in communication, coordination, interpersonal skills
Good PC skills
Good command of English and Mandarin
