Job Responsibilities

• Reporting to the Regional Ocean Product Manager, the  primary responsibilities of the Pricing and Procurement Coordinator are to assist the Regional Ocean Product Manager in the analyzing tariff rats in accordance with the market value in order to offer our customers through service contracts of the FCL & LCL products in Asia Pacific region
• Assist in the procurement with local offices and regional product teams and those closely linked to the ocean transport, in alignment with the global and regional carrier policy
• Coordinate and cooperate with company Ocean department, country and regional management on all aspects of FCL & LCL product sales and development plans and projects of Asia
• Assist Product Manager to prepare, generate and establish a variety of reports
• Develop sales tools, provide necessary product training & support to sales and operations to enhance their product knowledge and empower them to promote FCL & LCL products more actively
• Work with business counterparts focusing on specific trade lanes, as appropriate and in accordance with product development needs
• Work closely with Regional Ocean Product Manager and the local counterparts on the liaison of the project shipment
• Develop relationship with both Ocean Carriers and Global co-loader partners
• Maintain proactive, dynamic and effective working relationships with Internal team, agents, vendors and carriers always
• Assist on key projects, sales & business development & commercial activities by consolidating various sales reports from the branch’s sales teams
• Act as Asian liaison for marketing projects and company newsletter  as directed by the corporate marketing office

• Strong analytical and reasoning abilities to examine, analyze and interpret market trends, competitor’s rates and other reports.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to multi-task and set priorities

• Work independently and can modify behavior/approach in different situations
• Being a team player and demonstrate collaborative attitude with team members
