Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop a team of warehouse staff, managing areas of the order fulfillment cycle from department Goods Receipt/Inbound, Put-away, Picking, Checking, Packing, Dispatch, Stock count, Replenishment and Return
  • Drive a strong team working environment by setting clear expectations on how the team need to work together to improve performance
  • Promote and ensure a consistent, fair and thorough approach to the implementation of people policies and procedures
  • Deliver full compliance to all company and legislative health & safety requirements, as well as excellent standards of GDP, hygiene and housekeeping
  • Coach and engage your team to ensure they perform to high standards and operate in accordance with site GDP and quality systems
  • Continually review and improve all aspects of the operation, working closely with operation team clients to improve customer service, quality, cost and inventory accuracy

Qualifications & Experience:

  • At least 6 years of excellent warehouse management experience in a fast-moving, multi-customer environment that includes the leadership of a team of front line warehouse employees
  • Degree or above in Logistics / Supply Chain / Warehouse Management or related discipline is preferable
  • All-round knowledge of health & safety at work and GDP practices
  • Self-motivated, high integrity and responsible
  • The ability to inspire and lead your team to exceed customer service, compliance, quality, cost and people targets
  • A high level of time management, prioritization and organizational skills coupled with the ability to multi-task
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
