• Handle full set of export documents and operations
• System data entry, costing input Co-ordinate with internal department for daily operation Take on tasks and projects as assigned by manager

Education and Experience Requirements

• F.5 / DSE or the above 1-2 years of working experience in Freight Forwarding Industry is preferable

• Good interpersonal and communication skills in interacting with internal colleague and client
• Knowledgeable in warehouse and freight management systems
• Team player who is able to work under pressure and meet deadlines when required
• Quick learner and able to work independently with minimum supervision to support the team
• Highly flexible and self-motivated to perform and excel
• Good presentation, facilitation and client services skills
• Good command of spoken & written English, Cantonese and Chinese Good PC skills in MS Office
